Parcel questions
The tracking hasn't moved for days.
Write to us with your order number. We check with the carrier and tell you what's going on.
It says delivered, but I don't have it.
Check with your neighbours and the parcel shop first. Still missing? Write to us and we'll sort it out.
Can I change the address?
Tell us straight away, with your order number, and we'll change it if we still can.
